Unable to efile because of schedule e error. I talked to customer support but after investigating to exit and come back in again so they could see my screen. I've done what they ask and no answer or response.

Please clarify, what is the error?  We cannot see your screen in community and we do not have access to what they told you to do or why.  Could you please provide more details of the error and what you tried?
