Unable to Edit information entered for 1099-B

I see the accounts in the investment sales summary, but there is no edit link. There does not seem to be a way to go back and edit data entered from a 1099-B. Really, what am I missing? There also does not seem to be a way to delete a 1099-B. Is this some update problem? I just updated the software today.

There are reports that the Edit button and the delete trashcan icon are not viewed to the far right on the screen Your investment sales summary.

Move the scroll bar at the bottom to view the buttons.
