Unable to download the desktop software

I purchased the Premier desktop edition at Sam's Club several months ago have finally gotten around to installing. I'm using a windows 11 pc and edge browser and have used the TurboTax desktop software on this machine the last several years. The get started guide said to go to installTurbotax.com. When I enter that it takes me to turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/ which just displays a blank screen. If I edit that to turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/ it takes me to a screen that allows me to select 'download software', which takes me to the same blank screen. I've tried disabling my VPN, clearing cache, installing and using the chrome browser all to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
