Unable to download the 2025 win version

I confirmed my order specifies TURBOTAX DESKTOP ADVANTAGE DELUXE TAX YEAR 2025 WIN DOWNLOAD but when I go to the download page the PC/Win option is grayed out. How do I get my software?

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
