You may have accidentally started/created this form during data entry. The best way to rectify this to delete the form.

See the original article here, or read on:

Here's the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

  1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
  2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
  3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
  4. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.

  • To delete a form that came in the mail (for example, W-2, 1098, or 1099) it's best to do it from that form's summary screen. Search for the form number (for example, W-2) and select the Jump to link in the search results to get to the summary screen.

This did not resolve my issue.

After I login I arrive at a page that shows:

The left menu there are only 3 links:

Turbotax

Tax Home

Documents

None of which are able to help me continue to file my taxes.

On the main window it states:

"Let's keep working on your taxes!"

The second to the last step is "Review".

I click on continue button.

Then the spinny thing spins for 30 seconds.

Then another page loads that says:

"Let's comb through your returns one last time with complete check."

I click on the "Check my info" button.

Then the spinny thing spins for 25 minutes.

Then I'm finally brought to another page that says I have 473 issues to resolve with a long list of items I need to click on to review.

I did not receive any 1099s for these items, I think that's what it asks for, but I don't get further than the 1st out of 473 items, because when I click on the first item the page takes forever to load.

Imagine if I had to resolve the issue for all 473 items, it would take an eternity, and I don't think the IRS has an extension for that long.

When I signed up for TurboTax last year, it costed me $12 a month, then the price changed to $15 a month, then the price changed to $18 a month, then the price changed to $25 a month. All within a Year! Talk about getting gouged!

I'm not "into it" anymore, pun intended.

I am unable to complete my taxes using TurboTax because it takes too long to use the Website or the App.
