I Have two W-2s from the same employer, but Box d, Box1,Box 2, Box 3, Box 4, Box 5, Box 6 are different from (Form 2)", the second W-2 from the same employer. Do I file both?

You'll need to give us more information. Is one of the w2s marked 'Corrected'? If so then you only need to use that one. The amount in box 1 is the amount that you were paid. Looking at that amount were you paid the amount on one of them or the amount on both? You may have to reach out to this employer to find out more.
Neither of the w-2s are marked corrected, both w-2s say “copy c for employees record”, and again all the boxes I listed initially are all different on each w-2. For example: Box 1 has a different amount on each w-2. If both box 1 amounts are added up, it equals my yearly income.
"If both box 1 amounts are added up, it equals my yearly income. "
That sounds like your employer issued two W-2s to cover the year. Did the employer EIN change (company being bought out or similar)?
Ask your employer if the two W-2s together add up to the year's worth.
You can try to add the two W-2s separately (as if you had 2 jobs), but if TurboTax rejects this move as adding duplicates, then make one pseudo W-2 with the mounts in each box being the same of the same boxes in the two W-2s.
