When I try to start a new return, I get the "Starting New Return..." box and the cursor spins forever. I am running Windows 11 and have kept it up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I have tried running it as administrator. There is no compatibility settings to change because I am running the current version of Windows. I was able to make a new return back in December, but I cannot now. I can open an existing return and work with it, but I need to make a return for my child, and I can't do it. Any way to fix this?
