Purchased an online download for Premier TurboTax desktop.  The url they gave me is http://installturbotax.com .  It does not connect.  I do not get an error message.  I have checked all security on my computer.  No blocks.  They sent me the code.  They will not refund.  Need help to get signed in.

That link you provided actually redirects to this one where the product selection is made:

Do you have any better luck if you use that direct link to the product selection page to get your installation file?
