1040 line 24 shows $6898 tax.
Line 33 shows $3923 paid.
Line 37 shows $3066 owed but it should be $2975, Can't override.

Is there an Estimated Tax Penalty on Line 38?  If so, this is included in the amount owed

Actually there is an entry but not underneath the amount owed. And it is the difference between the two. Thanks for pointing that out.
