TurboTax (Windows) underpayment penalty calculation

Hello, this is for form 2210 for year 2021.  I asked TurboTax to figure out underpayment penalty and put in 02/20/2022 for filing and payment day (pay it now).  TurboTax calculated the penalty to be $12.

But running review gave an error for form 2210 with message "Form 2210: IRS to Figure Penalty Box You must check this box or obtain an update before you file this return.  To receive an update, select check for Updates from the Online menu to go directly to our Web Site"  and wants "Box C Check to have IRS figure the penalty and send a bill if penalty due" to be checked.

So, can I prepaid the underpayment penalty when I file using TurboTax?

Form 2201 is not yet ready for filing. It's expected to be available tomorrow, February 17 (not necessarily first thing in the morning). Try again tomorrow or Friday.
