Turbotax will not accept my EIN number. What do i do?

I have my number punched in but it will not let me finish filing. Tells me employer ID is invalid for electronic filing.

An EIN number for what?  On your W2?  It should be 9 digits like xx-xxxxxxx.   Is your employer new?  Maybe it's not listed in the IRS yet.
