Weeks after my return was accepted, state sent me a message, with paperwork showing their calculations. They will only refund 10% (~.1) of what Turbotax shows.
I gave Turbotax all of the information and paperwork I had, and trusted their number to be accurate even if it didn't match my own guess.
Obviously I'm not happy with Turbotax, nor do I trust it to be accurate next time.
I'm an individual freelancer, I had to pay $200 in fees to Turbotax just to file. That's not negligible for me. But apparently Turbotax only offers refunds on the desktop software, and I cannot chat with a person about this because the bot only offers a "phone" option, which I am not able to do.
What recourse do I have, if any? Or is it just, "haha, we got ours, [profanity]- sincerely, Turbotax."

We prepare your tax return, based on the information you entered. TurboTax Online, just like the desktop program, has an accuracy guarantee. In plain English, if you pay an IRS or state penalty or interest because of a TurboTax calculation error, we'll pay you the penalty and interest.
The details are linked below, and the document has instructions to file a claim if necessary.
"paperwork showing their calculations. "
Where exactly was the error on your state return?
Does the letter explain why or how this happened?
