TurboTax Rejecting VIN

I have the same issue as another person who posted. I have a letter from the IRS which matches the VIN on the car as well as the registration. There are no 1's or l's or zeros or O's in my VIN and Turbotax is still rejecting it as an invalid VIN and will not let me complete the form. I don't want to have to print out my return and mail it in because your form isn't finding the VIN that I am absolutely sure is correct. Is anything being done to correct this?? This seems to be an issue for MANY people, not just a few.
