Every time when I feel out a form here for a refund, I get an email saying that my request was denied because the refund only works if you select the CD otherwise it does not meet the satisfaction guarantee. I am choosing the online option and am confused about why this is happening. I am trying to get a refund for paying for the Deluxe version of Turbotax, I was given the wrong link and did not see an option for getting out of it.
