TurboTax program is hung on deduction questions

Hello! Were you able to move along?
If not, please post a screenshot so I can send it to the product team. 
Other helpful information would be: 
-browser you're using 

-Windows or Mac?
-Which TurboTax product you're in (Self-employed, premier, etc.)

TurboTax program is hung on deduction questions

I'm having the same issue. I've tried using Windows and MacOS on two different computers. I'm using Premier program. PLEASE HELP!

Calling TurboTax customer service, after nearly an hour on hold... got me a "huh?" and a blank stare and when asked for somebody else who might help they hung up on me... not particularly impressive for Intuit.  But good news is I then in desperation figured it out on my own.  Go to Tools (bottom leftish of the window)... and somewhere under there is a choice to delete some existing worksheets... I'd give you a screen shot and more specifics but now that I've finished and filed my return I can't get to the "Tools" menu.  Anyway... navigate to list of all the different separate work sheets... among which you will find one line for each of the charity entities... I deleted them all except for the first one... and then backed up and was able to keep moving... just had to re-enter a couple of charities which was no big deal... compared to the hours already into it.  The whole exercise was exceedingly frustrating but the solution, once I found it, was super quick and easy.  Definitely a TurboTax glitch because I as well tried different browsers, cache clearing, restart the program, the computer, different machines and different OS... all of which changed nothing.
