TurboTax Premier

TurboTax Premier states that it provides 5 free federal filings and 1 free state filing. I am the 1st of 2 that will be using a Turbotax Premier installation purchased from Amazon. At the filing submission screen, the software states that I will be charged $40 for the federal filing and $25 for the state filing. Is that what should be expected with FREE filing?
