Turbotax Premier Software issues

Using 2024 Turbotax Premier desktop for Windows. Software does not appear to be working properly with import data from brokerage firm. 1. Box for brokerage on form after import still shows needs editing. 2. If you try import again (NOT RECOMENDED) there is no flat to stop a 2nd import so income information becomes incorrect. YOUR PHONE SUPPORT IS A BARRIER TO COMMUNICATION!!! Hopefully this will find a human to review!
