Turbotax premier said I should complete 2021 form 2210 how do I?

Is there a questionaire to complete form 2210, how do I do this?

I didn't make any quarterly payments last year. 

My gross income increased 10x from the year before

I withheld more than 200% of the tax I withheld the previous year

To add Form 2210 sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return. Search for underpayment of taxes. Select the Jump to link in the search results. 

If your return has an underpayment penalty when you search underpayment of taxes and click on Jump To it will take you to the screen and will ask you questions to determine if you should be assessed an underpayment penalty for not paying enough in withholding or estimated taxes.

You will need your 2020 tax return to answer the questions.
