I did not see this added to my order until I was filing my receipt. I am very unhappy about this $59.00 charge being added to my bill. I am even more upset that I can't seem to connect with anyone who can help me get a refund. Very poor service.

I need to also put my experience in here if it's not possible to make a complaint about their pricing practices. I thought I was only being charged the $39 filing fee until i received the invoice that included the MAX benefits charge of $49. I never once recollect even seeing this option or "benefit" if that's what you call it. Although you have to click a million times to get through the return so who knows what else they slip in there! So I rang up within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to ask that they kindly remove and refund that charge. I was dismayed when they simply refused and said it was my problem. After being escalated to second tier support they eventually offered to refund half! I knew this was as good as I would get, so took got them to refund on the basis that I would pursue the remainder online or at least document my experience of this shoddy, immoral practice. I'd heard before that Intuit were like this towards their customers, but now experiencing it first hand it will certainly be the last time I ever go near any of their average products
I am also not happy about how they are trying to force you to pay for Max. I keep clicking DO NOT ADD MAX but when I get to the payment screen it shows it as a charge. I will not put payment info in there until I talk to someone about removing it before I pay.
