Turbotax Maine efile did not include all required forms

I paid to efile my Maine 2022 State Tax return, which (according to the TurboTax software and preview) included not only the Maine tax return, but also the required Oklahoma State tax return. On August 31, 2023, I received a letter from the State of Maine Revenue Services stating that there was a problem processing my refund because "a complete copy of the other state's tax return" was not included.

According to the TurboTax software, the Oklahoma return was included in the efile. Upon speaking directly to the State of Maine Revenue Services, they did not receive the Oklahoma tax return with my Maine efiling.

I will not be using state efile from TurboTax again, as it does not function properly.
