TurboTax loads my return then starts over after a few seconds. Happens every time I log in.

I completed a very lengthy tax return with TurboTax & was all the way to the payment screen. I left my computer for enough minutes for the screen to log out, and when I returned to log back in, my return was still available on the screen. A few seconds later, it disappears and TurboTax goes back to the home screen of the very beginning. I log out and log back in, same issue. It appears & then starts over. I've tried relogging back in 5 times with the same insanity. 

I reallllyyyyyy do not want to go through the agony of entering every single piece of information again... Has anyone else had this issue?

My return disappeared.  I saved it and when I log in it is as if I am a new user.  There are no recent files.  Everything I entered is gone.  Super frustrated!!!
