TURBOTAX JUST UPDATED AND DELETED MY ACTIVATION CODE.

PURCHASED CD PREMIER @ COSTCO, TURBOTAX UPDATED TODAY 3/31 AND NOW REQUIRES THE ACTIVATION CODE AGAIN. I CANNOT LOCATE THE JACKET IT CAME IN BUT HAVE THE CD. ANY IDEAS?
