Turbotax is saying my husband didn't have health coverage all of 2019 when he did. Not sure even matters since he was covered by his employer, not marketplace. thoughts?

as long as the insurance wasn't from the Marketplace, it won't matter.  unlike 2018, there is no penalty for not having medical insurance.

a few states will impose a hefty penalty tax for not having insurance. Maybe you're not in one of them.
