Turbotax is not populating my business income information on the QBI form and is not allowing me to do it manually either, therefore I am not seeing a QBI credit.

If you reported business income, TurboTax will determine if you are eligible for QBI based on the information you entered. ‌The program will calculate the deduction for you.‌ There shouldn't be additional entries unless more information is needed. ‌For more information about QBI, see the following TurboTax help article:

You can also find out how much QBI deduction you got by searching for QBI, using the magnifying glass, and typing QBI. ‌You can also review your return before you file.
