I imported data from Edward Jones. When I was reviewing things in the capital gains I got on the screen about the loss carryover from 2021. Now i am in a loop. How do I get out?

I was not trying to File. I was still entering my income. I was in the part where the program asked about my 2021 loss carryover.. That is when it began looping, taking me through three or four screens . I went through the loop answering the questions the same way about 5 times before giving up and asking for help. It would have been great to have been able to talk to a real person at that time.

The "answer" is not even close the to issue here - it is NOT during transmission is it on first data entry - you have a BUG please find and fix this - cannot proceed with taxes without it being fixed

I AM NOT TRYING TO FILE. I AM TRYING TO GET THROUGH ENTERING MY INCOME INFORMATION.
I am using the desktop version. When it gets in the section where it asks about my AMTI from my 2020 return is when it goes into a loop and never finishes.
There is a bug in the program!

I manually have gone to update software - using the main menu bar - and that said that my software is up to date - and it is still not fixed.
When I first started it and I pressed continue - it was still in the loop. Then I exited - restarted - performed the update check - and when it said it was "up to date" - I was done - nothing fixed yet.
My software is up to date. I also did the manual update as requested. That did not fix the issue. The software goes into a loop after I respond to the question asking about "Investment Stock Options". I cannot proceed further.
Please resolve.
