turbotax import for merrill has been added but doesn't work

Why is it that TT can't get this right?

I was able to use the Merrill selection for import and it found my accounts and I selected them to be imported. It asked me a security question and all that and then pretended to work. It came back saying it was all done and I can close the dialog window.

But when I go back to TT it clearly doesn't know that everything is done. If you go digging around in TT you can see that it knows about the accounts but everything is 0.

Clearly, no one at TT actually tested to see if this works. It's BROKEN.

I have used TT for years but it seems like they have real code regression problems.

Plus, WHY ON EARTH can't they alphabetize the charitable donation entries? It's been this way for ages. Give me a break!!
