TurboTax freezes when quitting

Hi.

I'm on an iMac running 10.15.7.

When I try to quit Turbo Tax the program freezes -- I get the Apple pinwheel, and the program will not close.

I have to force quit it.

I am working on two tax returns.  This only happens with one return.

I do not want to lose the return!
