Premier is not a free version of the software. In fact, "Premier" is the name of a version of the desktop download. Do you mean Premium? Premium is a paid version of online software. The only "free" offer I am aware of to use that for free would be the one to use the mobile app before 2-28. Did you use that offer---and start from the offer page?
