TurboTax "File by Mail" instructions say nothing about sending in the W-2s. Is that no longer required for returns filed by regular mail? (I can't e-file, or I would.)
I should have added that I am filing in Pennsylvania.

Yes, if you are filing by mail, you may save time by including a copy of each W-2 that you reported on your return. Although the instructions do not mention it, Form 1040 does have instructions to include W-2. (You may paperclip or staple the W-2 to the space provided on page 1.)
