A notes type reminder feature that will carry over from year to year.

Example some types of home loans are not deductible but can be used to adjust the property's value in determining capital gains taxes. It would be very handy to have the feature so that each year as that loan is paid for a notation of principal and interest amount paid in that year can be record kept. And totaled. In this particular case the note feature might show up as an entry in the 1098 Deductions & Credits section of TurboTax.
