Turbotax Error Message - Taxfile Corrupted

I purchased and downloaded Turbotax Deluxe from Amazon' to my laptop. Have 2 problems.

Probllem #I

Started a return but it would not allow the transfer of my personal info from my 2019 return to the 2020 returna. So I rhad to reenter personal info to move on.

Problem #2

I didn''t all my tax forms so i only weht as far i could before ending the session and saving the tax file. Later when attempted to resume my return TT said my tax file is corrupted and reenter a new return. This happened twice .

I called the Turbo help desk 4 times. They were less than worthess.

Anybodyelse run into this or have a solution?

I'm having the same problem with a TurboTax Business return.

It could not read my prior year return, so I started 2020 from scratch. I saved it and came back to it later, but couldn't open it - got "Looks like your tax file is corrupt" message.

I created a new return one more time, got farther along - then saved and quit to see if I could open it again. Nope - got the same "your tax file is corrupt" message.

this is my second time dealing with a completed tax file being corrupted! I am no longer going to use tis program!
