Turbotax employees: Why is it so difficult to get the DCN number for the efiling through tubortax?

I have called customer service three times!

1. The first person said he had no access to it

2. The second person had no ideas of DCN

3. The third person just repeated that the DCN is in our e-filing confirmation emails. I told him no DCN in the confirmation emails.

Please let me know how I can get DCN?

The IRS replaced the DCN with the MeF Submission ID years ago. Try asking for the MeF Submission ID.
