Turbotax download problems

I just purchased Turbotax Home and Business 2023 and attempted to download it on a PC using Windows 10. It won't download and provides a statement that the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found and VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. How do I resolve the issue?
