Turbotax does not remember my reported HDHP coverage type

I select the type of HDHP coverage my wife and I have for each month of 2025 but every time I reopen the file, the selections revert to the default "Medicare or None" and our HSA contributions get taxed.

Please fix.

2. How do you answer the question, "What type of HDHP coverage did [name] have during 2025?"
