Turbotax Deluxe Desktop 2024 install bug fix

Installing Turbotax Deluxe Desktop 2024, I got an error "The installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 redistributable package (x64) appears to have failed. Do you want to continue the Installation?"

The bug is caused when the directory "C:\ProgramData\Package Cache" is a shortcut as indicated by an arrow on the folder in File Explorer. Rename or delete the shortcut directory and create a new "C:\ProgramData\Package Cache" directory. Anyone else with this problem?

Incredibly there is no easy to email a bug report to TT. really frustrating.
