TurboTax crashing when importing schwab

i have premier version with windows and cannot import tax forms from schwab. I can go through link account, then i select forms to import but nothing happens after clicking "import" button. Next thing is "sorry we have to close turbotax"

any idea?

I am using desktop version

After last import I clicked save just before it crashed. Now it is crashing every time I am trying to view imported documents

Please follow the instructions here to manually update the software.

I am having the exact same problem. I did the manual update as suggested and it still does not work. Turbotax crashes. The link is successful, the summary information appears, but then after pressing import, it crashes.

I am on Windows 10, turbotax2023 home & business.

Please help.
