TurboTax Continuously Asking Me To Complete Same Question On Form

Basically the title. I'm trying to complete both my fed and state returns but I can't currently do so as whenever I go to review and file it tells me I have an error. The error is one simple question on a form relating to a student info sheet and I've answered it multiple times. I tried to ask the Chatbot to which was no help.
