1. If there is no Track My Refund button within your CD/Download version of Turbo Tax, in order to track your refund you will need to do this online at https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/ . There is also a Where's My Refund? option available through the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov/refunds
These online option may not allow you to track your state refund as well, but if this should be the case, you can track your state taxes on the Refund Inquiry site for your state. You can find the link to your states Refund Inquiry site on your states official website. For example, here is the Refund Inquiry site for Delaware https://dorweb.revenue.delaware.gov/refinq/ .
2. To login to the Turbo Tax App with the information filed in the windows version, you would choose the sign in option when you first enter the app. The app will then ask you to input your username and password. You will enter the same information that you use to log into the online version of Turbo Tax. If you are unsure of this account information, feel free to contact Turbo Tax support (by clicking on the
Support tab at the top of your home page) for a reset of the password on your account, which will then allow you to view your account and see your chosen username and password information.
