Hello they have sent me a letter stating they have sent my stimulus check to a turbo tax card that I never received nor have a number to and the only way to report stolen or lost or never received they say u need your 16 digit account number and I don't have that information and it has all of my updated information for 2019 on that tax return please help the phone number keep saying they don't have a record .
