I believe I've found 2 bugs in TurboTax Business 2023 Delaware Apportionment Percentage.
1. This is the CIT-TAX pg1, Apportionment Percentage section. The magnifying glass that should take me to Schedule 3B does nothing when I click on it.
2. When I go to Schedule 3B, it doesn't handle my particular case. I had an unsuccessful company with no revenue that I am winding down. My gross receipts and income are all "0" within/without Delaware under Schedule 3A. This results in Schedule 3-B not showing any values for the % of income. If I enter some made up values it can come up with 0%, 100%, etc, but it does nothing for receipts / income all being 0. This results in errors when I try to e-file and I am unable to complete the process of dissolving my C-Corp.
What can I do to resolve this? Thanks in advance!

Ah, thanks for sharing. I just did a manual override to the apportionment percentage without having to change any reporting. For future searchers, more information is found here: https://revenuefiles.delaware.gov/2023/CIT-TAX_2023-01_Instructions.pdf . Seem like there is an issue with the formula within the software. Here is an additional link to apportionment computations across states: https://taxadmin.org/wp-content/uploads/resources/tax_rates/apport.pdf .
I am having the same issue as you. It's also preventing me from filing The Delaware State Taxes. Have you found a solution to this yet?
Ended up saying I had one dollar of non Delaware revenue so it would apportion 0% to Delaware.
