Medical expenses do not = amount I put in, Obama Care

I put in $9,202 medical exp. including Insurance premiums, I am on Obama Care Turbo Tax Calculates $13,906 where does that come from.

Medical expenses do not = amount I put in, Obama Care

TurboTax automatically puts your insurance premiums from your 1095-A as a Medical Expense, so do not enter them again.

However, the amount is adjusted to be the cost of insurance after the final Premium Tax Credit ('subsidies') that you may have received, so you may not recognize the amount that is automatically entered as a Medical Expense.
