TurboTax asking about IRA accounts from which no distributions were taken

This is regarding the problem/situation of TurboTax asking about IRA accounts from which no distributions were taken.  Distributions were taken from other IRA accounts, and the RMD dollar requirements were met in my case..

The Situation: TurboTax asked about my accounts from which no distribution was taken, but did not ask about my spouse’s accounts from which no distribution was taken.  However, TurboTax did ask other questions about my spouse’s accounts.

I do not seem to have any additional tax on line 55 of Form 5329, and the numbers in the table in Part IX of Form 5329 seem to be correct.

State is Colorado, probably not relevant.

Additional information about form 5329 which I discovered the next day.

Here is further information about this situation. I checked the numbers in form 5329. It’s 5329-T actually.  The numbers are correct, but they only reflect the distributions, and non-distributions , from my accounts.   They do not include the distributions and non-distributions from my spouse’s accounts.  This makes sense because TurboTax did not ask about my spouse’s distributions and non-distributions.

I assume there should be a form 5329-S for my spouse,   but there isn’t.
