Ordered & received for Mac last fall but didn't install. Mac died in Apr. & got Dell Inspiron w/Windows.

No, TurboTax support does not have an email address. You either have to call using the toll free phone number or one of the websites I posted.
If you are an Advantage subscriber you may be able to access support through the Advantage toll free number posted when you access your Advantage account - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage
