Turbotax 2023 data not loaded into 2024

So I've used TurboTax Deluxe since 1998 and have always had my prior year return loaded so I didn't have to populate things like personal data, Banks, vehicles...I would use the prior year to know what areas I had to work on since most things don't change for me.   This year 2024 it loaded only the personal info...none of the other was populated.  Why?   I had to retype all that stuff which quite frankly is the reason I keep buying turbotax to begin with.  I tried starting over but it never populated.

Typically, if you sign in using the same credentials that you used in the prior year, your information should pull forward.
