I purchased 3 TurboTax CDs (accidentally, I meant to purchase just one) from AMAZON. When I downloaded it, I ran into some problems so I called the support number on the CD. The guy shared my screen (giving him access to my computer) RED FLAG which seemed odd, he showed me that I had trojans in my computer and that i was unprotected from Trojans. He offered to help me, but he wasn't as knowledgeable as his friend, so he transferred me to another guy who offered me with 3 options of protection of 3 yrs for$399 6 yrs $799 and unlimited for $1299. I then started seeing RED flags. I told him that I thought TurboTax never asked for money. He said he wasn't with TurboTax that I was transferred to We Assist that works with other Tax companies. I told him I wasn't interested, and he started being pushy, so I disconnected. He has called me twice a week since then. I had a friend look at my computer and these people blocked TurboTax from my computer so, I was glad to hear they no longer offer the CD. Lesson learned: ALWAYS MAKE YOUR PURCHASES THRU TURBOTAX.
