turbotax 2023 cannot enter activate key

After I downloaded and installed the turbotax 2023, it prompted me to login to the intuit but did not prompt me for the license key. Now, when I try to start the turbo tax, it is spinning forever. I cannot find any place in my Intuit to enter the license key. What should I do now?
