Turbocard issues

I had got a turbo card for my 2018 tax return. Shredded it as I was on disability and wasn’t getting a return. Fast forward to now and I don’t have the card number to be able to look it up in your automated system. When I enter my ss# because I have I’ve a greendot card before I can’t look up the turbo with out my card number. Your turbo greendot phone system is so messed up to the point where I can’t even access help on it with out knowing a card number. So I won’t be able to speak to any one. This has been a tremendously awful experience enough to make me never use TurboTax again if I can’t get this resolved.

Can’t look up the turbo card with out the last four of the the card number * and not look up the card number through my social as I have had more then one card. Literally can’t speak to any one either to get a new card.
