Turbo tax went straight to my deductions, but did not ask me about my earnings, but i have already paid them for an incomplete service. please help.

i didn't have this issue last year.  where can i get to the questions pertaining to my income.

Very true...don't use the "Guide Me...

....... you should spend some time learning how to better navigate thru the software using the Full Menu, and NOT using the Guide Me, or the Search function.  

Using the full menus will show you many items right up front that will pique ideas about things you may have missed....the Full menu also shows you everything you usually need to enter.  To get out of the ridiculously stupid Guide Me...see the pictures below:

Look at the menu at top of page. It lists personal information, income and wages, deductions, file. Navigate from there.
