That does not appear to be a valid TurboTax website.

In the Terms and Conditions section it has a gross error for the dates of eligibility -

The rebate offer is valid from December 2, 2023 to January 15, 2023. Claims must be submitted within a specified period after purchase, as detailed in the submission guidelines.

You need to contact TurboTax support to confirm if this is a valid offer or not.
