Turbo tax results differ from Federal/State Tax Bracket calculations

I was checking both Federal & State tax calculations using 2022 tax tables and found Turbo Tax calculations considerable less than manual calculations for CT State income tax.   $47,593 AGI shows 662 tax.  Manually $1,542???

There are a variety of things that go into your income tax due.  Different kinds of income have different tax rates.  Connecticut has fun and different rules.  Without going through your return step by step we won't be able to determine precisely what makes up your final tax due and overall tax rate.  Take a look at the different types of income on your return and see if there is a variation in the tax rates.
